We aim to deliver products within 5 working days from when we receive your application. We will keep you updated along the way, so you will always know where your order is. 

The majority of our products are refurbished products, so will not be brand new. However, all of our products are tested prior to delivery to ensure the product works as it should. You will also have a member of the My Full House team deliver and set up the product for you, to ensure you're happy with the quality of the product, and to ensure it works as it should. 

All of our contracts start with a minimum of 3 months rental, at which point the product can be handed back. If you want to continue with the rental, there will be a 1 month rolling contract which means you can continue renting until you are ready to hand it back, or upgrade to a different product.

If you have applied to rent a product, but it has yet to be delivered, you are able to cancel your order by getting in touch via our contact form on our website, and you will not be charged. If however the product has been delivered, you will have 14 days to cancel your rental with us, but you will be charged for the number of days you have had the product. After these 14 days, you will have to complete the minumum period of 3 months before you are able to return the product to us. 

You will be contacted by a member of our team throughout the whole process of renting, so you will be always know where your product is, and when it will be delivered. 

My Full House has been authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority in which full checks have been carried out in order to become authorised.
